Shanghai Petali Trading Co., Ltd is the result of the cooperation between two Italian distinguished food corporations: “Forno Petrini” and “Molino Alimonti s.p.a.” Thus, the name “Petali” derives from the names “PETrini” and “ALImonti” of the two share–holding founding companies. Throughout the last years, they analyzed and studied the Chinese market, so to be fully prepared and wholly comprehend the local needs, in order to successfully endeavor into this Chinese venture for promoting their top quality Italian victuals!

• “Petali SRL”, was founded in Italy and is registered with a capital of 200,000 Euro. It specializes in managing the affairs among the various Italian food companies.
• “Shanghai Petali Trading Co., Ltd.”, with a registered capital of 140,000 Euro, is the affiliated company based in China, Shanghai, who focuses exclusively on the Chinese market.

Due to the necessity to be fully efficient in the local market in China, Shanghai Petali Trading Co. Ltd. was consequently founded. The company is now in possession of all the required import permits and all business licenses, thus being able to promote and retail the merchandise quickly and professionally to the final client directly on location.
